01 — Introduction
About Tina
Tina is a licensed clinical social worker who provides counseling for adults navigating anxiety, stress, grief, family concerns and major life changes. Sessions begin with whatever is happening now, without a script or a required starting point.
She works collaboratively with patients to name what is hardest and turn it into manageable steps. She does not prescribe medication. When it could help, she coordinates with the patient's primary-care provider and with Laurelwell's community-support team, so behavioral health stays connected to the rest of their care.

03 — Approach to care
How Tina works with patients
Tina's sessions are nonjudgmental and unhurried. She listens first, then works with each person to identify a small number of steps that fit their week. Counseling is often short-term and focused, and she checks regularly on whether it is helping. Patients can share as much or as little as they choose.
