The Avenier 3:1 Commitment
Three to one.
Three projects forward. One project given back.
For every three completed, paid, qualifying client projects, Avenier commits its professional services toward one carefully selected nonprofit project.
Because meaningful work deserves thoughtful technology—and organizations serving their communities should have access to it.

Why we give back
The organizations doing meaningful work deservemeaningful support.

Nonprofit organizations often operate with limited resources while carrying responsibilities that matter deeply to the people and communities they serve.
A better website, a simpler operational tool, or clearer communications can help an organization spend less time navigating unnecessary complexity and more time advancing its mission.
The Avenier 3:1 Commitment is a practical expression of that belief.
Rather than separating community impact from our everyday work, we’ve built a commitment that connects the growth of our studio with opportunities to support nonprofit organizations.
How the commitment works
From client work tocommunity impact.
- Project 01
- Project 02
- Project 03
- Nonprofit project
Three qualifying paid projects record one nonprofit allocation. The four stages below describe how the program operates.
How the program operates

Avenier completes three qualifying paid client projects.
Each must have a minimum collected professional-services fee of $3,000.
Step 02: One allocation earned
Avenier records one nonprofit project allocation of up to 40 professional hours.
Step 03: A nonprofit is selected
Eligible organizations are evaluated through a structured application and review process.
Step 04: Meaningful work begins
Avenier and the selected organization agree on project scope, responsibilities, deliverables, and schedule.

What the review looks at
Mission and community impact
- Demonstrated organizational need
- Project feasibility and scope
- Potential long-term benefit
- Organizational readiness
Eligible nonprofit organizations are evaluated through a structured review process. Selection considers an organization’s mission, demonstrated needs, project feasibility, potential impact, and readiness to collaborate.
Meeting eligibility requirements does not guarantee selection.
