01 / The operation

Logistics OperationsFreight doesn’t move through departments. It moves through decisions.

A shipment passes through sales, dispatch, the dock, the road and billing. Each team sees a different part of the work. This concept explores what changes when they work from one connected operational record.

02 / One shipment, end to end

One shipment,end to end.

TRK-84271 crosses eight steps and six teams. What one team learns should already be in front of the next.

The record is built once and carried forward. Nobody re-keys it, and nobody asks for it twice.

03 / Custom software development

The operation needsone place to move.

Meridian Operations puts the shipment, the load plan, the dock and the road in one workspace, so dispatch, the warehouse and customer service act on the same record.

04 / The exception

Software should not merely record what happened. It should help the operation decide what happens next.

05 / Communications design

The operation hasa physical language, too.

From dock signs and employee uniforms to freight labels, paperwork and customer materials, the operation has to communicate clearly long after someone leaves the screen.

Each piece is something Meridian could actually print, produce, install or wear.

Meridian Freight's physical communications laid out together: Dock 04 Outbound and Dock Safety signs, a high-visibility safety vest, a navy polo and cap, an employee badge, cartons with TRK-84271 shipping and pallet labels, a roll of handling labels, a branded tumbler and handheld scanner, a field checklist, and shipping document folders.
Operational signage, uniforms, labels, paperwork and branded materials designed as one system for Meridian Freight.
